Shipping Information

We ship worldwide via UPS with full tracking on every order. All orders are shipped within 10–15 business days after production is completed.

Shipping Times

• United States: 3–5 business days after dispatch
• Europe: 3–7 business days after dispatch
• Rest of the World: 7–14 business days after dispatch

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a UPS tracking number via email to monitor your delivery in real time.

Made-to-Order Policy

All our products are custom-built to order. Here is how the process works:

1. Place your order and pay a 50% deposit to begin production
2. Your item is handcrafted within 10–15 business days
3. Once ready, we notify you — pay the remaining 50% before shipment
4. Ships via UPS with full tracking

Because every item is built specifically for you, orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun.

Returns & Refunds

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery under the following conditions:

• Item has a manufacturing defect or was damaged during shipping
• Wrong item was delivered
• Item is unused and in its original packaging

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Items that have been installed or used
• Custom or personalized orders
• Items returned without prior authorization

How to Return

Contact us via WhatsApp or email within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We will review your request and respond within 48 hours with return instructions. Refunds or replacements are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the return.

Customs & Import Duties

International orders may be subject to customs fees or import duties depending on your country. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in our shipping costs. We recommend checking your local customs regulations before placing your order.

Provided the conditions in our refund policy have been met, refunds will be processed using the original form of payment. You can return an item purchased online by posting it to us. Please contact customer service for return address. Please note that delivery costs will be excluded from the refund unless goods are returned in accordance with your statutory rights (e.g. they are faulty or not as ordered).

• Items must be in the original condition as purchased with all labels/tickets attached.
